Privacy and your workspace data
This Atlas site is operated as Atlas. Contact support for this deployment's privacy questions, retention details or data requests.
Data used to provide Atlas
Support requests store your name, contact email, topic, optional workspace address and message so the Atlas team can respond. Support records are separate from workspace tickets and are available to platform operators. Atlas also stores account names and email addresses, hashed passwords, sign-in sessions, workspace memberships, ticket content, attachments and service activity. Session records include browser information and IP addresses. Session cookies keep you signed in; browser storage remembers your display preferences and drafts.
Pilot feedback and activity
If your team participates in a pilot, Atlas records which members open the workspace on each day, retained for 90 days. Operators can review setup milestones, first resolution and return visits. Feedback you submit is shared with operators together with your account and workspace. This measurement does not capture ticket content, keystrokes or session recordings.
Access and service providers
Your workspace controls member access. Its owners can export and delete workspace data. Ticket replies can email the reporter; internal notes remain available to authorized workspace members. When configured, email, file storage and payment providers process the information needed for those services. If you enable an AI provider, the relevant ticket context and attachments may be sent to that provider to fulfill your request.
Managing your information
Use Your account to change your profile, verify a new email, change your password and revoke sessions. Workspace owners can request an export or deletion in workspace settings. Copies in backups and service-provider records depend on the operator's retention arrangements; contact the operator for the applicable schedule and any account deletion request.
