Using this Atlas service

This site is operated as Atlas. Contact support for service terms, commercial arrangements or questions about your account.

Your account and workspace

Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and invite only people who should access your workspace. You are responsible for the data you submit and for having permission to share it with workspace members and any connected providers. Do not use Atlas for unlawful activity, unsolicited mail or attempts to access other people's workspaces.

Plans and payments

New workspaces receive a 14-day Pro trial without a payment card. A trial ends on the date shown in Billing and returns to Starter unless you subscribe. Paid plans use monthly billing per billable seat. Review the price, taxes and payment terms presented at checkout. Plan changes can create prorated charges or credits. Manage payment details and cancellation from Billing.

Your data and optional AI

You retain responsibility for your content. Owners can export workspace records and attachments before deletion. Deletion is permanent in the active workspace. Review AI suggestions before acting on them; generated responses can contain errors. Connected services are subject to their own terms.

Support and availability

Support, retention and any service-level commitments depend on your agreement with the operator. This page does not promise continuous availability or a particular response time. Contact the operator before relying on requirements that are not documented for this deployment.
